At Spirted Soul Connections, we offer Equine Gestalt Coaching sessions that provide a unique and transformative experience for anyone who is stuck and unable to overcome obstacles they may be facing. Our sessions are designed to assist people in connecting with themselves on a deeper level, to unbridle their most authentic soul all while experiencing the magic of horses. This looks different for everyone, and that is ok - we're prepared for that. You don't even have to know anything about horses. Groups
Women's Gestalt Groups
Our Women's Gestalt Groups can be a great way to connect with others who can relate to your daily challenges, a safe space to share your deepest thoughts without fear of judgement, an understanding sisterhood who will compassionately witness your healing journey. Whether you're looking for the confidentiality of a closed group that meets regularly or the listening ear provided by an open or "drop-in" group, these 3 hour sessions can provide a sense of community and understanding that can be hard to find elsewhere.
Custom Groups
If you are looking for a meaningful activity for a group of friends, a transformative experience for teens, or a unique team building opportunity, we can design the right event with horses to meet your needs. Custom groups require a minimum of 4 participants with a maximum of 12. Larger groups can be accommodated with enough notice.
Individuals
Private Sessions
Private sessions offer in-depth, confidential support for anyone wanting to step further into their journey to unbridled authenticity. These 1.5 hour coaching sessions are individualized to meet your specific needs, whether that is supporting you in healing from trauma, assisting you in meeting goals, or guiding you to insights that will alleviate feelings of being "stuck." These private sessions can be scheduled as needed or as a package of multiple sessions.
Virtual Sessions
Can't make it out to the barn or don't live in the area? We can still connect via phone or Zoom for a focused 30-mintue conversation.
Combination Packages
We can work together to design a hybrid of virtual and private sessions that best meets your needs.

The certified by Melisa Pearce Equine Gestalt Coaching Method™
The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method™ was developed by Melisa Pearce, a core founder since 1989, of the horse human healing movement. The experiential nature of the method involves the horse as an active partner with the coach in the client’s exploratory process. The integrative approach of the equine’s interaction combined with positive coaching, somatic awareness guidance and Gestalt methodology, assists the client in examining their life and choices made with a focus on designing a positive future.
